  4. Northeast Boise

    Also referred to as East Boise, this iconic neighborhood encompasses the historic Warm Springs Avenue where you’ll find some of the city’s oldest and grandest mansions. Named after the natural hot springs found in the area, Warm Springs Avenue features homes with their own source of geothermal heat.

    Northeast Boise combines the old and new facets of the Boise metro. In addition to vintage luxury houses, there’s also a wealth of new developments featuring contemporary homes with the latest, most sought-after features today.
