My passion for real estate started at a young age, and blossomed when I started working for the family business in 1998. After purchasing First Service Group with my husband, Chris, I have watched as my role as a business owner, wife, and mother have solidified my core values. Outside of work I enjoy camping, fishing (just learning to fly fish), hiking, skiing and traveling with my husband Chris and two children Gracie and Noelle.

FIRST SERVICE GROUP 1998 - PRESENT
Felicia began working for the family business, First Service Group in 1998. As a property manager, she oversaw all investor portfolios. In 2011, Felicia and her husband Chris acquired First Service Group Property Management as owners. Felicia is consistently working with home and investment owners to market properties in the local community by utilizing a proven successful marketing plan. Client-oriented Real Estate is her passion and motto. Her CORE values that set her and the company apart are Relationships, Integrity, Excellence and Teamwork.
