As Broker and Owner of First Service Group Real Estate John brings experience andexpertise to any venture. John has enjoyed 35 years ofa highly successful career in all areas of residential and commercial brokerage, aquisistion, development and property management. Currently we manage over 350 units all over the treasure valley. In 2005 John closed over 25 million dollars in real estate and just under 200 transactions.
Specializingin Idaho and Arizona real estate, inverstors have bennifited from John’s long standing relationship with owners, vendors, brokers and lenders. As a broker in both states, he is involved in all facets of real estate. The size of projects have no limitaion and include single family, commercial, multi family, shopping centers and much more.
John received his GRi in 1977 and his CRS designation in the mid 1980′s. He has been president of the board of Realtors, President of the Idaho Association of Realtors and Director of the National Association of Realtors. As the Director of the National Association of Realtors John was a sitting member for the Multi-Family Housing Committee in which he worked with many govenmental agencies to format many multi-family housing policies and programs. John has also been Realtor of the yearfor the amount of time he has spent making the IdahoReal Estate Industry part of what it is today.

Whitney A. Browning- Realtor- Co-Owner
Whitney Browning is Co-owner and Associate Broker of First Service Group Real Estate in Boise, ID, serving the entire Treasure Valley. He has been in real estate for 9 years, and has specialized in short-sales and foreclosed properties for the last 6 years as an REO Default Certified Professional. In addition to his extensive retail and bank-owned real estate experience, Whitney also has extended education and professional designations. He is a Certified Residential Specialist, which allows him to network with other specialized agents nationwide. Whitney is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, which has equipped him with in depth knowledge of the newest real estate laws, technology, and tools in order to better serve his clients.
Whitney lives in Hyde Park, Boise, ID with his wife and two boys. Together they enjoy family fun and adventures, including wakeboarding, snowboarding, camping, Harley-riding, and golfing. He and his wife enjoy community activities and the arts, such as Alive After Five, Boise State Football, Idaho Shakespeare Festival, and Ballet Idaho. Whitney supports his wife’s community involvement as an education activist and provides extended educational opportunities for their boys.
